This panel discussion will:\n\n\n	Explore incentives and technical resources offered by the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program to support energy-efficient upgrades and projects.\n	Connect with your direct ComEd representatives to support Program navigation and application submission. \n\nSpeakers:\n\n\n	Joseph Turnage: ComEd External Affairs Manager \n\n\n\n	Toni Garza: ComEd Energy Efficiency Program Outreach \n\n\n\n	Kathryn Winkelman: ComEd Small Business Offering Outreach \n\n\n \n\nJoseph Turnage serves as an External Affairs Manager at ComEd\, where he is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with local government officials\, municipal staff\, and community-based organizations. In this role\, he oversees engagement across 19 municipalities in the Northern Region\, ensuring that ComEd remains a trusted partner in community development and public service.\n\n \n\nWith over two decades of experience at ComEd\, Joe brings a deep understanding of the utility industry and a proven track record of leadership across multiple departments. He began his career as a Customer Care Supervisor\, quickly advancing to Supervisor of Operations\, where he led a team of 15 linemen in the Overhead Electric System (OES). Eager to broaden his expertise\, Joe transitioned into Field and Meter Services\, gaining valuable insight into the technical and operational aspects of metering. His well-rounded experience paved the way for a role in Large Customer Services as an Account Manager\, where he supported some of ComEd's most critical clients. His success in that role led to his promotion to External Affairs Manager\, where he continues to make a meaningful impact\n\nToni Garza focuses on helping individuals and teams in the public sector achieve their goals and reach their energy needs. With over thirty years of experience in the energy and utilities sector\, she worked in various areas such as regulatory strategy\, stakeholder engagement\, account management\, customer support\, energy efficiency cases and IT projects. She had navigated the different market and organizational needs through energy transitions related to the deregulation of wholesale and retail markets\, grid modernization\, energy efficiency transitions and other evolving energy market transitions.\n\n \n\nToni graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Management and Finance. Additionally\, she holds a certificate in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University and is a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance. She enjoys volunteering\, traveling\, reading\, hiking\, and spending time outdoors in her free time.\n\n\n\nKathryn Winkleman has been in the energy efficiency field since 2014. She has 10+ years of experience in outreach\, working for contractors\, and as an Energy Advisor for small businesses and commercial and industrial (C&I) facilities. She collaborates with customers and contractors to identify energy efficiency opportunities\, address issues and concerns\, and keep customers informed. She is committed to finding answers and solutions for our customers.
