3 Floyds Beer Dinner at Wildfire Schaumburg

Join us for a custom 4 course menu paired with a 3 Floyds brew to complement. The evening begins with Eggroll Trio paired with Deluxe (Lighter-Style Lager), followed by Shrimp 3 Ways paired with Gumballhead (American Wheat Pale Ale), The Slider Trilogy paired with Turbo Reaper (IPA) and ends with a Triple Brownie Sundae paired with Robert The Bruce (Scottish-Style Ale). Rob Salitore, Illinois Market Manager, will join us to discuss the cocktails. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process.
