About Amy Wilhelmi:

Amy Wilhelmi is a Chicago area-based successful multi-entrepreneur. She is the founder of Balance Wellness Collective and Ascension Mentality, a business and performance coach at Strategic Voyages Business Consultants, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Attachment-Focused EMDR Trauma Therapist, and a divorce mediator. As a speaker, author, and athlete, divorced and remarried, and mother of five, she is on a mission to become a global go-to thought leader in making mental health normalized, approachable, and accessible.
