Sponsored by Alpha Phi Omega Midwest, this workshop will challenge the status quo, the approach to situational awareness and character analysis, and reimagine to an empowered mindset through our natural defense tools.

Empowerment comes in many forms and the goal is to go back to the basics, simplify, deconstruct the complexity of self-defense to promote personal safety and remind us why we are worth the fight!
