Chakra Rebalance Workshop

We are bringing together the power of yoga poses with Reiki in order to open and find balance between the 7 chakras of the body. 

 

The 7 chakras - Root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, crown. 

 

The chakras are the focal points in ancient meditation, and are spinning wheels of energy that should remain open. Chakras can be thought of as your spiritual bloodstream. When one or more of the chakras is closed or out of balance, this can change the flow of energy movement through the body. Leading to imbalance, mental blocks, negative emotions, or even physical manifestations such as pain. 

 

In this powerful practice you will be lead through 7 sequences that correspond to each chakra, and a longer pose will be held at the end of each sequence. Our guest Reiki practitioner - Cheri, will then lead the Reiki to help balance the 7 chakras and guide you through a beautiful meditation. 

This is a heated class, using infrared heat. We recommend dressing in layers so you can remove layers if you get too hot. Infrared is a dry heat, and the room gets to 90-degrees.
