Patty Neuswanger currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Development at HandsOn Suburban Chicago, forging relationships with local government offices, expanding community partnerships and engaging area businesses and civic groups to support HOSC’s many program initiatives. She also directs the marketing and social media campaigns for the organization. Patty has experience in both the profit and nonprofit sectors consulting for a variety of clients and served as president of the Illinois Chapter of Families of Russian & Ukrainian Adoptions. Currently a member of eleven area chambers of commerce, she has extensive experience as a networker. Patty and her husband live in Arlington Heights and have two teenagers.

Katie takes great pride in assisting and supporting community events and non-profit organizations. Some of which include: The Prairie Center for the Arts Foundation in Schaumburg, Feed My Starving Children, Emceeing a 5K Color Run supporting Clearbrook as well as the Party for the Cure for Breast Cancer supporting Gateway for Cancer Research. She also serves on the Board of Directors as well as the Ambassador Committee and other event-related committees for the Schaumburg Business Association where she was presented with the Volunteer of the Year Award in 2012.
