Over the last 18+ months, companies have seen drastic transitions among their workforces, from first going entirely remote amid the COVID-19 pandemic to keep employees safe, to now many returning to office in a hybrid model - some days in-office and other days working from home. However, for many organizations, there also are employees who work from home full-time. 
 
Today’s Great Resignation proves one thing: employee engagement in critical, and in today’s hybrid environment, leaders must create an experience that will keep employees engaged and motivated regardless of where they work.
