Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get caught in a tidal wave of distractions. Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything competing for our attention, how often do we actually stop long enough to check in with ourselves?
That’s what Mind, Body & Soul is all about.
Theresa, Rich, and Ritesh will share their personal experiences, along with the tools and practices that have helped them quiet the distractions, become more intentional, and reconnect with what truly matters.
As longtime members of the Schaumburg Business Association, Theresa, Rich, and Ritesh genuinely care about our community and believe in giving back. But perhaps most importantly, they’re just like all of us—three people navigating this thing called life. They’re learning, growing, facing challenges, celebrating successes, asking questions, and figuring things out along the way.
Today, they’re inviting us into that journey and sharing what they’ve learned along the way.
