She has over 2 decades of leadership, marketing, sales and insights experience at leading organizations including Nielsen, S.C. Johnson, PepsiCo, Johnsonville Sausage and Yankee Candle.

Her corporate experience included:
• Served as a strategic consultant to company leadership including CEO's, Presidents, CMO's, VP's of Marketing, Sales and Finance
• Identified and prioritized new consumer targets and brand positioning territories helping businesses realign their portfolios, expand into new purchase occasions and develop more effective communication strategies
• Grew the new product pipeline by identifying the biggest ideas via development of an innovation framework, leveraging brand equities, macro trends, consumer segmentations, consumer need states and business case development
• Ignited rapid turnaround of a strategic insights and analytics function by redefining and restructuring the role of a multi-member team to better meet the needs of the business.
