Guest Speaker Paul La Schiazza / AT&T Illinois President

Chicagoland native Paul V. La Schiazza serves as president of AT&T Illinois, one of the largest private employers in the state with more than 13,000 employees. La Schiazza also has oversight for AT&T External and Legislative Affairs for Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

A discussion on how the telecommunications industry has evolved and changed from old rotary dial telephones to modern communications such as mobile and IP technology which consumers are demanding.  Illinois policy should support modern communication technologies as these technologies create jobs, help economic development, and encourage innovation to name a few.
