Brian Mivelli, CAMS

Brian Mivelli is a Vice President and Senior Fraud Investigations Manager for Wintrust Financial Corporation (WTFC), based in the Chicagoland area and operating primarily across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
In his role, Brian leads the enterprise fraud investigations program within the Information Security (InfoSec) organization. Prior to joining WTFC in February 2022, he spent seven years at Capital One, where he conducted anti-money laundering investigations and helped establish a fraud investigative presence in the Chicagoland market.
Before Capital One, Brian spent fifteen years managing bank branches, most notably with JPMorgan Chase Bank in Chicago.
His awards include a Challenge Coin from the IRS Criminal Investigation Chicago Field Office for work identifying a multi-billion-dollar income tax fraud ring, and a Certificate of Appreciation from the United States Secret Service for assistance in securing a multi-million-dollar recovery tied to a Medicare fraud ring. Brian also received Capital One’s Vision Pillar Award for his contributions to building a pre-eminent BSA/AML program.
Brian earned his Finance degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Fabian Segura, CFS

Fabian Segura is a Fraud Investigator for Wintrust Financial Corporation (WTFC), serving organizations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
In this role, Fabian conducts comprehensive reviews of alleged and confirmed fraud incidents. Prior to joining WTFC in March 2023, he spent eight years at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. in the Credit Card Fraud Investigations department, holding roles that included fraudulent application reviews, credit bureau disputes, customer fraud claims, and recovery efforts. He also led a team of investigators focused on credit bureau dispute reviews.
Earlier in his career, Fabian spent eight years with Chipotle Mexican Grill, helping manage operations and support new restaurant builds across the greater Chicagoland area.
Fabian completed his undergraduate coursework at Northern Michigan University.
Teresa Faidley

Teresa Faidley is a graduate of DePaul University with over 30 years of experience in commercial banking. She brings extensive expertise in credit and cash management products and services.
Teresa currently serves as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager with the Schaumburg Bank & Trust Company N.A. Business Banking Group, a Wintrust Community Bank, where she supports businesses throughout the region.
