Herb Horn Memorial Golf Tournament

Join CAC friends for our newly renamed annual golf outing. The Herb Horn Memorial Golf Tournament honors the life of longtime CAC board member and Past President of the CAC Board of Directors. Herb loved CAC and golf, and we can't think of a better way to keep his spirit alive through this namesake event.

The outing takes place at the Bridges of Poplar Creek in Hoffman Estates. With its rolling greens and picturesque ponds, you'll enjoy your day whether you're a serious golfer or just playing for fun.

Registration includes:

• 18 holes with cart and bucket of range balls
• Golfer welcome bag
• “On the Course” lunch + drink ticket
• Cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres during awards ceremony
