He has worked in diverse industry settings such as government, utilities, construction, banking and chemicals. He has recruited for some of the top companies in the world including Merck & Co., Inc., Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Dell Computer Corp., America OnLine, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Tyco International and StanleyBlack & Decker.

He has also held the position of District Manager and Press Secretary for a United States Congressman and owned and operated a company that manufactured and marketed specialty fasteners and security devices to utilities and general industry.
