Mark Kolar

Mark has over seventeen years experience meeting the real estate needs of  Chicago businesses.  He has completed several hundred transactions over his career, and enhanced his client relationships with the creativity, persistence, process orientation, attention to detail and negotiating expertise that are the result of his strong financial and business experience. His background and enthusiasm for commercial real estate and tenant representation have led to his rapid advancement within the industry.
 
Mark’s previous experience in commercial banking and recruiting provides him with a unique insight into complex financial transactions and what it takes to attract and retain top talent. Today,  Mark leverages that background to help commercial real estate clients develop workplace solutions to meet their business goals. He thrives on the constant change in this industry and the opportunity to bring both my analytical and creative talents to the table to help others.

Matt Frank 

Matt Frank is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning.  Matt has spent the last twenty-two years at the Village of Schaumburg and serves as the Director for Economic Development. During his time with Schaumburg, Matt has been involved with a variety of development projects that has resulted in over 4 million square feet of development valued at $750+ million. Matt was instrumental in the creation of the 1,000 acre North Schaumburg TIF District that included negotiating development agreements with Sunstar, Zurich, Motorola, and Urban Street Group. Matt is a member of the American Planning Association, American Institute of Certified Planners, Lambda Alpha International, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors for the Schaumburg Business Association and Board of Trustees for the Schaumburg Park Foundation.

Mablene Krueger

Mablene Krueger, M.B.A. is the Chief Operating Officer of Roosevelt University’s Schaumburg Campus.  As the former President of Robert Morris University-Illinois, Mablene joined over 1,500 students, faculty, and staff who became part of the RU family when Robert Morris and Roosevelt University officially integrated in early 2020.  She is a strategic academic leader with a distinguished career in higher education for over 40 years and is especially passionate about the strengths and challenges of first-generation students. In her role as COO, Krueger works closely with the Roosevelt University faculty, administration, students, and strategic partners to build an even stronger presence in the Northwestern suburbs to increase opportunities for the community.  As a resident of Arlington Heights, Mablene is enjoying leveraging the potential of Roosevelt University’s partnerships in that region.


Leadership Luncheon 2021 will be a 4 part series aimed at transforming talented business professionals into engaged community leaders!
Hear from Schaumburg’s influencers and public officials on topics relevant to the past, present and future of Schaumburg. The series is designed to provide participates with important information about topics such as the area’s history, infrastructure and educational composition as well as the significance of involvement in and support for the community.
You’ll get to know prominent community business leaders, further understand how things are accomplished, and engage with likeminded professionals.
