Kelly is a strategic and resourceful HR professional with 13 years of experience in various specialized, shared services or business partner settings. She has a strong focus on interpersonal communication and relationship building, with experience in facilitating team building exercises, CHRO fireside chats, and creating training programs to break down barriers between teams and foster communication.

Kelly is currently training in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Talent Development as a Masters’ candidate. She is passionate about making improvements with data driven decision making and research, and influencing behavior in the workplace to help everyone thrive.
