Multi Chamber Mega Networking Virtual Event
Speed Networking Events offer you a wonderful opportunity to meet many businesspeople from other Chambers of Commerce in quick succession. But sometimes they can be overwhelming. In order for these events to be successful for you, follow the rules, follow the script and be concise without going over your two-minute time allowance per person. Thank you, and happy networking!
How this works…
- Each person will be randomly sorted into breakout rooms of 8, 9, or 10 people.
- Because these are random, please understand if there is an occasional duplication of industries - remember, in the Chamber world, we are all colleagues, not competitors!
- Once in your breakout room, assign a timekeeper.
- Each participant will have 2 minutes to introduce themselves. We have provided a script for your convenience. You do not have to follow the script if it does not properly reflect the needs of you or your company.
- The moderator will give a 5 minute “warning” before each table rotation.
- At the end of 20 minutes everyone will be returned to the main room to be sorted again!
- There will be 3 – 4 breakout rooms depending upon time.
