In 2023, Illinois employers are required to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. For a lot of small businesses (maybe even yours), harassment training and compliance is a mystery that can turn into an emergency. Join us for SBA’s upcoming Harassment Training, brought to you by HRBoost. HRBoost knows that getting the right training in place can not only cover your compliance requirements, but set your business up for success. If you have one employee, the compliance date is 12/31/2023.
The Harassment training will define sexual harassment and policies to prevent, investigate, and address sexual harassment in the workplace.
