Join us for virtual Chair Yoga! Join Leah as we breathe deeply to have more energy, stretch to get rid of muscle stiffness, and strengthen your body to improve balance. All fitness levels are welcome. A Sturdy chair and good attitude and required. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes (shoes are optional).
