Feeling stressed? Wellness Wednesday with the Schaumburg Business Association Young Professionals will keep you calm as we practice guided stretching and meditation. This will be a event run outdoor on the 25N Coworking sky lounge if the weather is nice, or inside in the lounge if we have rain.
Find your inner 'zen' with a meditation break in the Sky Lounge. Hosted by 25N member Mary Gustafson who is a certified yoga teacher!
