Matt lives in Elk Grove Village with his wife, Alex, sons, Max & Jordan, and dog, Birdie. He owns and operates his American Family Insurance Agency in Elk Grove Village and has been in business since 2013. He is always available to help and educate his clients and connections.

In memory of his mom, he, along with co-founders Kari-Ann Ryan & Lori Urbaniec, started LMJ's Lost Souls- a 501c3 organization to bring about fundraising, awareness, education and support for those affected by this cruel disease.

Kari-Ann Ryan has been with Mid-West Moving & Storage since 2017 and manages all the marketing, and branding initiatives including but not limited to print, digital, relationship, brand and so much more. She has an extensive background and experience in Management, Marketing, and Sales.  Kari-Ann is a certified business partner for Constant Contact email marketing and has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Marketing from Western Michigan University. She has been an Ambassador for the SBA since the program's inception and has help several leadership and volunteer roles with in the organization.  She was Chairman of the SBA Board for 2021 and 2022.  She won Ambassador of the Year in 2014, Woman of the Year in 2019 and Leader of the Year in 2020. 

Being a member of SBA since 2003, I have seen the growth of the organization with wonderful networking get- togethers, educational programs and signature events that fulfills the needs of the members.  As an Ambassador, I truly enjoy meeting the members and helping them interface with businesses to create relationships.  Over the years, I have happily enjoyed SBA and love to give back for all that I have received.  I have always wanted to make a difference.
My profession is Betsy's One of a Kind Custom Designed Costume Jewelry, working out of a 1,000 sq. ft. studio with 2 million beads, a 16 ft. wall with 400 necklaces and 5 tables of bracelets, earrings etc.  I specialize in creating jewelry to match a woman's outfit.  I also design wedding jewelry, participate in style shows, and also go to 4 retirement homes a month to repair broken costume jewelry.  If you want the best, put Betsy to the test!
