Lead Limerr’s growth in the POS, Payments, and Restaurant Management ecosystem by building a high-performing sales organization, expanding the reseller/partner network (ISOs, acquirers, POS resellers, hospitality consultants), and achieving predictable revenue and merchant onboarding growth.
Revenue Growth & Sales Targets
Drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) across POS, SaaS, and payment processing.
Expand active merchant base through direct and partner-driven sales.
Increase average revenue per merchant (ARPM) via upsells, hardware, and add-ons.
Partnership Development
Recruit, train, and manage channel partners: ISOs, VARs, and consultants in the USA and Canada.
Develop joint marketing and co-selling programs.
Ensure partner engagement through incentive and support programs.
Sales Operations
Implement data-driven sales systems (CRM, pipeline tracking, reporting).
Ensure 3–4× pipeline coverage of monthly targets.
Align with marketing for lead generation and campaign follow-ups.
Team Leadership
Build and manage a high-performance sales and partner success team.
Establish transparent performance dashboards and quota management.
Drive continuous learning and deal-closing excellence.
Customer Success & Retention
Work closely with on boarding and support to minimize churn.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across Limerr modules (AI analytics, inventory, loyalty, etc.).
