At KidStrong, we believe every kid deserves to learn the skills that help them WIN AT LIFE! The world is a complicated place, and it’s changing faster than ever — we can’t predict the future, but we know that confident, high-character kids who can think critically will thrive no matter what challenges lie ahead.


Our classes are designed to teach kids to believe in themselves through whole-child development. That means our classes are a strategic, science-based combination of different movements that build physical skills like agility, strength and speed while simultaneously giving kids a chance to practice emotional regulation, critical thinking and teamwork.

Our Coaches are specifically trained to deliver programming focused on our three core pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body and Strong Mind in one of our clean, modern centers.
