Medi-Weightloss is a physician-supervised medical weight loss clinic helping people lose weight and keep it off through care built around their body, goals, and lifestyle. Every patient starts with a comprehensive medical evaluation, then works one-on-one with our providers and staff on a personalized plan with weekly check-ins and ongoing support.

Our services include GLP-1 medications, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle and behavioral coaching that builds lasting habits. We also offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT), IV therapy, and other wellness services that support energy, metabolism, and overall health.

Locally owned and operated, we’ve served the northwest suburbs for four years across two locations. We treat every patient like a person, not a number, and we’re proud to help our community feel healthier, more confident, and in control of their health.
