Leadership
David A. Ven Horst and Thomas G. Koelzer founded Tenant Advisors Inc. in April 2004. They set out to give tenants a powerful advocate, a voice, during leasing negotiations, through expert representation and unparalleled industry knowledge. Today, Tenant Advisors is known as a tenant-advocacy leader in the Chicago commercial real estate market.

David and Tom began their real estate careers in 1986, working their way up to First Vice Presidents of CB Richard Ellis. Together they have a combined 64 years of commercial real estate experience, closing over 1,300 lease and sale deals and amassing a wealth of industry knowledge and connections along the way.
